Suits and Flannelette Nightshirts.

Thesis is finally done, and graduation is just around the corner. For this occasion I got my very first vintage suit. It lacks a union tag, but it's cut, style and button fly say the 1935-1945 period to me. It'll need a good pressing and the pants need to be let down about another inch.

My latest music obsession since wrapping up my thesis animation is another toe tapping song by George Formby. "Grandad's Flannelette Nightshirt", a song about a shirt that has been passed down through the generations. I'll have to take the time to learn the chords myself at some point.

  3. Congrats on your approaching graduation adam! always a pleasure to read your blog posts. your blog is really something completely unique i dont think many men your age or people for that matter are daring enough to be so unique and follow there own sense of style and interests. So many people just follow trends and let that determine what they listen to or wear.
